PRE SALES SYSTEM
Aimed at taking orders, with daily visit routes, customers, running accounts, suggested purchase, delivery control of merchandising material, messaging and visits control.

APPLICATION MODULES

- Visit Route
With customers sorted in a logical sequence of access for the day, allowing:

• Access to the route any week day
• View by status (Attended, Unattended, all, etc…)
• Order the route selectively by name or address
• Search customers by code, name, or address
• Access to customer data, running account, and historical product purchases

- Customers
Check or update their information, with both legal and reference data, as well as adding new customers.

- Stock Count
Optionally there can be defined clients for which it is necessary to keep count of their stock of products for a better calculation.

- Suggested purchase
For the selected customers the system generates the suggested purchase quantities, based on the customer’s historical average of purchases. The current stock at the moment of the order may or may not be taken into account.

- Order registration
Configurable up to three levels of products search, price list associated with the customer, two units of sale, appreciation on screen, credit limit control, bonuses, etc.
